On Friday 15 August, at 21:00 h, the Summer Carnival Parade 2025 will start, where the participants and dance groups will be able to show off their amazing costumes and choreographies to the public.

About the event

Good news for all visitors and residents of Torrevieja!


On Friday 15th August, at 21:00 h, the Summer Carnival Parade 2025 will begin, where the participants and dance groups will be able to show off their incredible costumes and choreographies to the public. The highlight of this festive day will be the presentation of the 2026 carnival kings and queens. This event, full of emotion and symbolism, will mark the beginning of a new festive cycle.


The parade will start at the Virgen del Carmen Cultural Centre and will run along Ramón Galiuda Street until it crosses Clemente Gosalvez Street..


The main protagonists of the parade will be the Corte Salinera 2024/2025 who will greet all the attendees from a float. Wearing their best clothes will bethe Queen of Salt, Nuria Martí and the ladies, Ana Vidal and Inés Martínez. The King and Queen of Carnival, Lucía Martínez, Pablo Hernández, and Mireya Ferrández, will also take part on floats, accompanied by their respective comparsas (groups).


The parade will be opened by a float with the different representatives of the neighbourhood fiestas, the Ladies and Beauties of the "Molinos del Calvario" Bonfire, as well as the Queen of La Mata and the Queen of the Sagrado Corazón fiestas..


In addition, with all the colour and spectacular choreographies, more than 200 people will parade from the carnival groups: Ciudad del Mar, Escarcha-te, Osadía, Las Nikai, Los Gonfer, Bufa la gamba, Porque si, Jolgorio, Desafio, Mar de plata, Daimana, Soul Dance, Payas, QK, No ni ná, Aquí hay tomate.
