La Colegiala

In 1982 Manuel Baños, our founder, created La Colegiala and was already baking the first wholemeal doughnut, a revolution for the time, but it was in 1995 when Manuel, our master, decided to open his first shop, a space where only the products he made were sold, he did not want a shop full of other products that could detract from his own.
With a limited number of references and a very different bread to what others had, he opened his doors and trained one of his right eyes, his daughter Maribel.
Little by little, that first shop grew in products and customers.
A year later, La Colegiala already had three shops in Murcia and began to be a reference in the world of artisan bakery in Murcia.

Today we have 52 establishments, 52 success stories, 52 spaces where quality, craftsmanship and health are breathed on all four sides.
