Brothers in Band presents their new show, DIRE STRAITS – BROTHERS IN ARMS European Tribute Tour, celebrating four decades of the iconic album Brothers In Arms and its subsequent world tour.
Considered the greatest international tribute show to Dire Straits, Brothers in Band has toured France, Germany, Luxembourg, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Spain, Colombia, Peru and Mexico, recreating the different stages of Mark Knopfler's immortal band, standing out for the fidelity and careful detail of its shows.
With this new production, BROTHERS IN BAND recreates the impressive tour that led DIRE STRAITS to conquer the world in 1985 and 1986, with a carefully selected repertoire that transports us to that unforgettable musical era with the great performances of Mark Knopfler's band, reviving the magic and essence of those already legendary concerts.
The lead vocals and guitar work by the brilliant Angelo Fumarola, playing the role of Mark Knopfler in brothers in band, not only emulate Knopfler's voice and unmistakable guitar style, but also capture the essence, expressiveness, and spectacular ability to convey emotions through the guitar, transporting us back to the era when Knopfler guided us with melodies now deeply rooted in the collective imagination and an integral part of modern music history.
Equally important in BROTHERS IN BAND are the musicians who accompany Angelo Fumarola, a spectacular band that performs with exceptional fidelity the repertoire that made DIRE STRAITS eternal, creating an evocative and intense atmosphere that will transport us to the brilliant musical moments of the defunct British band.
Join brothers in band on a journey in their time machine and experience dire straits like never before!
