Greta, Magda and Loli are three friends who, now in their fifties, feel invisible to the world. So, on the fifteenth of every month, they decide to meet in one of their attics, away from children and husbands, to talk about the things they always keep quiet about due to social convention. Under the guise of a fictional Baroque Book Club, the three friends give free rein to their sharp tongues to talk, in a safe space, about how they feel in their day-to-day lives.
The secrets of these gatherings are in jeopardy with the arrival that evening of Caye, Magda’s daughter, who would not look kindly on what these women are doing in their make-believe literary club.
The web of lies that forms to hide the truth leads the friends to come up with the craziest excuses to get rid of the young woman. How long will they manage to keep their secrets safe?
