Greek cuisine is recognised as one of the richest culinary cultures because it encompasses an incredibly rich and varied range of dishes, an offering that exactly suits the cravings and tastes of those who love to eat well.
We set out to evoke some of the "home" feeling of the Greeks who came to Spain, but also of those who want to rely wistfully on the memories of holidays in unique and incomparable Greece.
