A new notary has been appointed in Torrevieja — Carlos Javier Llorca Martínez

The municipality of Torrevieja has officially added a new professional to its local legal team. Carlos Javier Llorca Martínez has taken office and begun practicing as the city's new notary.

Until recently, Carlos Javier Llorca Martínez served as a notary in Novelda (Alicante), where he concluded his professional career and formally handed over his documentation to notary María del Mar Belchi Vicente.

His appointment falls under Decree 164/2025, of November 4, published in the Official Gazette of the Valencian Government (DOGV), which filled several vacant notary positions in various municipalities of the Valencian Community.
