Applications are now open for the 7th photo competition

The deadline to participate in the seventh edition of the Homage to the Elderly Photography Competition, which will remain open until 14 September, is now open.

The theme of this edition is: "Stories that are inherited", a tribute to those moments when two generations - our elders and the young or children - live together and share experiences in their day-to-day lives..

To participate in the competition you must be a pensioner and over 60 years old and be registered in Torrevieja. A maximum of 2 photographs can be submitted per participant.

Photographs can be sent by email to terceraedad@torrevieja.eu or delivered in a sealed envelope, indicating the name of the participant and telephone number, to the Concejalía de Gente Mayor (C/ Maldonado, nº 5)..

The awards ceremony of this VII Photography Competition in Homage to the Elderly will be held to coincide with the International Day of Older Persons, on 1 October, at a Gala in the Municipal Theatre of Torrevieja..
