Public participation and access to documentation. During the public consultation period, the project documentation and the list of affected properties and rights are available for review, facilitating participation by public authorities, community organisations, property owners and citizens potentially affected by the works. All submitted objections will be examined within the relevant administrative and environmental procedures.

Documentation is available:

  • in person, during office hours, at the CHS headquarters, Plaza Fontes, 1, Murcia;

  • online, via the following official URLs:

The deadline for submitting objections is 30 days from the date of the last official publication.

Geographical scope and relevance. The Tabala dam is considered a strategic flood-protection project, providing benefits both to the Vega Media area in the Region of Murcia and to the Vega Baja del Segura region in the province of Alicante.
