Family accused of selling drugs under a CBD shop cover in Guardamar

A family is under investigation in Guardamar del Segura for allegedly selling illegal substances through a CBD shop.

The operation was carried out by the Guardia Civil.


Seized items

  • over 7 kg of marijuana

  • cannabis resin

The shop was sealed.

Authorities believe the shop may have been used as a cover to sell products exceeding legal CBD limits.

CBD is non-psychoactive and legal under restrictions.

THC is psychoactive and illegal.

If THC exceeds legal limits, the product is considered a drug.
