Spain breaks record for tourist arrivals – over 10.3 million in September

According to the National Statistics Institute, 10.3 million foreign tourists visited Spain in September, up 12% from the previous year.
The main influx came from the UK, Germany, and France. Traveler spending increased by 8%, particularly in the regions of Valencia, Andalusia, and Catalonia.
The Ministry of Tourism notes that this was "the best September in the country's tourism history" and predicts a record total for 2025.
