The May Fair will take place from Wednesday, May 14 to Sunday, May 18

The May Fair, better known as the "Sevillanas Fair," is typically held in Torrevieja in the first half of May. This year, the May Fair will run from Wednesday, May 14th to Sunday, May 18th.

The Fair typically hosts a variety of events, including musical performances, Spanish dance festivals, and equestrian exhibitions.

This year, 2025, Antonio Soria Park has been chosen as the event's venue due to the ongoing redevelopment of Torrevieja's port area. The Fair is scheduled to return to its original location in the port area in 2026.

In the last two years, 2023 and 2024, this popular event was moved to the Station Park because the port area has been undergoing renovations since late 2022. However, the Station Park has also become too small to host the event.

The May Fair celebrations begin on Wednesday evening with the lighting of the streetlights and continue for five days. From that moment on, the booths are packed with people enjoying sevillanas, drinking, and eating.

The Sevillana Fair in Torrevieja is one of the most important Andalusian fairs in the Mediterranean and a tribute to the May Fair. It has all the typical details, such as small booths decorated in the Andalusian style.
