TM Grupo Inmobiliario plans to build a shopping centre in Torrevieja

TM Grupo Inmobiliario is promoting a new commercial development in Torrevieja, which will become a key element of the fast-growing Lagoons Village area, located in the La Hoya sector.

According to official information, the shopping centre will be built on a 6,832 m² plot, with approximately 4,000 m² of built surface. The building will consist of three levels: a ground floor dedicated to retail units and two upper floors allocated to office spaces.

The project is already generating strong commercial interest: more than 50% of the available space has been sold, and only one retail unit remains available on the ground floor.

The new centre is expected to include:

• small everyday retail shops;

• cafés and restaurants;

• a pharmacy;

• sports and professional services;

• offices and service-oriented companies.

Part of the space will be reserved for project-related uses, including a TM customer service office and a food and beverage area.

This shopping centre aims to address the lack of services and amenities in Lagoons Village, a development that foresees more than 7,000 residential units, with over 1,700 already under construction by TM.

The delivery of the commercial and office spaces is scheduled for February 2026, in line with the project’s development timeline.
