Torrevieja will receive 8.6 million euros from the FEDER fund

The Municipality of Torrevieja will receive €8.6 million from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) to implement urban projects aimed at improving the sustainability and modernization of the urban environment.

The funds will be used for the improvement of public spaces, the development of transport infrastructure, energy efficiency, and the digitalization of municipal services.

These investments are part of the "EDUSI – Urban Sustainability and Integrity Strategy Program" and will be part of a co-financing agreement between the European Union and the Municipality of Torrevieja. The allocation decision was published on November 7, 2025.

In the coming weeks, the Municipality will present a detailed list of projects that will receive funding.
