Ukrainian community in Torrevieja marks anniversary of the war

In Torrevieja, representatives of the Ukrainian community held a peaceful rally marking another anniversary of the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Participants gathered in the city center to express their position and to remind the public of the ongoing military conflict.

During the event, slogans in support of Ukraine and calls for an end to the war were heard. Among the banners were phrases such as “Ukraine wants peace” and critical statements addressed to the Russian leadership. The organizers emphasized that the rally was peaceful in nature and aimed at expressing solidarity with those affected by the war.

The full-scale invasion began on February 24, 2022.
