Valencian Community — Inserta Experience and Employment of People with Disabilities

The Valencian Community has launched the Inserta Experience series of events aimed at promoting the employment of people with disabilities. The initiative is being implemented with the support of Inserta Empleo and social partners.

The program includes meetings with employers, information sessions, and practical tools to improve labor market accessibility. The first events took place in the province of Alicante.

The organizers emphasize that the project's goal is not only to create jobs but also to change businesses' approaches to inclusion. Inserta Experience is planned as a regular platform for interaction between companies and job seekers.
