The "Croquetas al Gusto" Contest and the 5th Edition of "Croqueteando por Torrevieja," an initiative organized by the Association of Hospitality Entrepreneurs of Torrevieja and the Region (AEHTC)

This activity will take place from Monday, May 12th to Sunday, May 18th, and throughout the week, participating establishments will offer the croquette they submitted to the contest, accompanied by a drink, at the popular price of €3.50.

The contest winners will be announced on Tuesday, May 20th, with the following prizes:

First Prize for Best Croquette • €1,000 in cash • A bundle of products offered by Roldan Netya

Second Prize for Best Croquette • €500 in cash • A bundle of products offered by Roldan Netya

Third Prize for Best Croquette • A bundle of products offered by Roldan Netya

This year, 16 establishments from Torrevieja and the Vega Baja are participating, with a wide variety of flavors and ingredients:

2. HB Torrevieja Restaurant – Garden artichoke croquette, selection of cheeses, Iberian ham, truffle, and creamy boletus sauce

3. Güest Restaurant – Gastrobar – Iberian ham croquette

4. Bianco Sea Emotion – Iberian rib and truffled potato croquette

5. Club Náutico Restaurant – Iberian rib and truffled potato croquette

6. Luna Creciente Gastrobar – Shrimp croquette

7. La Cantina Foods & Drinks – Prawn croquette

8. Di Claudio Restaurant Pizzeria – Babe croquette

9. El Rincón de Las Jarras – Pork rind croquette

10. La Glorieta Café – Caramelized boletus croquette

11. Mesón El Huertano – Oxtail croquette

12. Martinis Restaurant – Baked octopus croquette

13. El Chiringuito de La Mar de Bien – Red shrimp croquette, crispy leek, and saffron aioli

14. La Mar de Bien Restaurant – Free-range chicken croquette with crispy pork rind and liver pâté

15. La Mata “Felisa” Restaurant – Tiger mussel croquette
